See how that jar shaped business is losing all that money? 10-to-1 there are some tech-averse managers hiding in those coins. They are extremely hard to spot, because they are cleverly disguised as monetary assets to your company.

Alright, a bit convoluted, but one must work with the hand our Unsplash gods deal us. There is truth in there, though, but let us start with the hypothesis of this article and then we can do a deeper dive into the managerial abyss. My claim is:

Managers devoid of technical knowledge are hurtful to any company in existence today.

I believe that claim to the core. You might say I am biased, being a CTO and an active developer, completely engulfed in anything that breathes technology and for all we know, you might be right. That doesn’t make the claim less poignant or less true. Put on your goggles, the dive is about to commence.

Every company is a tech company

If it weren’t, it’d be dead or unknown, neither of which are good qualities for a successful company, unless anonymity is a credit to your success.
